If you have arrived here, we appreciate that you have taken an interest in our products. This already means a lot to us. 

We are a small brand, and although we would like your package to arrive the next day, it is not possible for us yet... but what you receive is personalized and unique for you and your pets! 

It will be worth the wait, trust us!!!!!!

Our products require manufacturing time. Especially when the order contains a personalized product, this will require between 4 to 8 business days in preparation as they must be made on demand, checked for quality and prepared for shipping. 

Shipping from our workshop to the destination requires between 4 to 7 business days*. 

Once you place an order we will inform you by email when we have proceeded with the shipment. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and contact you if there are any problems. That is why we ask you to provide us with a phone number in the order process.

For purchases over $50 shipping costs are free. If the amount is less than $50, the shipping cost will be $3.95. 

* These terms are estimated, since they do not depend on us but on the transport company. They may be affected according to their volume of work, or campaigns such as Christmas, Mother's Day,….
