What can not be returned
· The personalized products cannot be returned. If the fault is ours when customizing it, of course it will be possible to be returned or replaced.
· Claims will not be accepted for broken packages or lost , if the incident is not stated on the delivery note of the transport agency.
· Also cnanot be returned the products that do not have their respective complete packaging or those broken by misuse.
